Signature Reproductive Wellness

Best for women and teen girls who want integrated psychiatric care and therapy with one provider.

- Initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation included
- Medication management visits as clinically indicated
- 2 therapy sessions per month (50 minutes)
- Priority scheduling within 48 hours
- Secure messaging access
- Care coordination with OB/GYN, pediatrician, or therapist
- Hormone-informed mental health care planning
- Two brief check-ins per month if needed
Additional therapy sessions: $150 per session.
Membership Terms & Payment Agreement
Membership Term
Membership services are provided on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled according to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Automatic Payment Authorization
By enrolling in a membership plan, the patient authorizes One Twenty-Four Psychiatry & Wellness to charge the payment method on file for the applicable monthly membership fee. Charges will occur automatically every 30 days on the date of enrollment unless otherwise specified.
Payment Responsibility
Membership fees are due in advance and must remain current for continued access to membership benefits. If a payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought current.
Cancellation Policy
Membership may be canceled at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days written notice. Written cancellation requests may be submitted via the patient portal, email, or written notice to the practice.
Billing After Cancellation Notice
Because membership services are billed in advance and require scheduling coordination, the membership will remain active for thirty (30) days following receipt of cancellation notice. Any scheduled services during this period may still be used.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Services included in the membership must be used within the active billing period and do not roll over unless otherwise specified.
Changes to Membership Plans
The practice reserves the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with at least 30 days written notice to members.
Non-Insurance Service
Membership fees cover access to enhanced services and care coordination and are not billable to insurance. Clinical visits may still be billed separately or provided according to the membership plan.
Termination of Membership by Practice
One Twenty-Four Psychiatry & Wellness reserves the right to terminate membership if a patient’s clinical needs exceed the scope of outpatient services, if membership fees remain unpaid, or if there is inappropriate use of services. Patients will receive appropriate notice and referral resources when possible.

Membership services do not replace emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
