Quetina Howell PhD, RN
Quetina Howell is the Founder of Xcel Learning, and the Dean of Nursing at Chattahoochee Technical College. She has over 19 years of nursing experience and over 10 years’ experience as a Nurse Educator. She has a passion for nursing and nursing education. Some of her accomplishments include founding Program Director of the LPN-to-RN Bridge program, and the achievement of initial accreditation for the ASN program where she currently serves as the Dean of Nursing. Quetina researched, developed, and mentored her faculty to full immersion of the flipped classroom experience. The implementation of the flipped classroom along with a thriving curriculum continues to produce exceptional first time NCLEX pass rates; having a four-year average of 94.53%. Her passion and love for nursing and nursing education is her driving force to continue striving for nursing excellence.
